The C65B2-4 cationic asphalt emulsion used in the construction of double-layer surface coatings enables asphalt construction above 10°C on B and C type aggregates without requiring the use of a primer. An average of 3 kg is applied per square meter on two layers.

It can be stored for 3 months if circulated once a month in a storage tank at 30-50°C.
