We produce emulsions to high standards at our fully automated 15t/hour capacity Emulbitume-branded emulsion plant, which we have opened in Ankara.

The C65B2-3 cationic asphalt emulsion used in double-layer surface coating construction enables asphalt production above 10°C on B and C type aggregates without requiring a primer. An average of 3 kg is applied per square meter on two layers.

It can be stored for 3 months if circulated once a month in a storage tank at 30-50°C.
